Raw Shamrock Shake
This is one of my husband's favorite shake flavors that only comes around in the spring. He created this delicious ultra low fat raw Shamrock Shake that is so easy, flavorful, and refreshing that you will never go back to the fast food version again!

- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 cups cold water
- 3 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 raw ripe bananas
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 full droppers sweet leaf peppermint sweet drops
- 1 cup spinach (packed)
- First blend dates with water until smooth
- Add additional ingredients and blend until smooth
For best results and the perfect creamy texture, use a vitamix blender to create this delicious smoothie.
