Hey Raw Foodies! My name is Sarah and this site is designed to inspire and encourage people to be happy and healthy by eating more delicious raw fruits and vegetables! Your happiness will come from effortless weight loss, and your health will happen through healing naturally from disease. My journey into raw foods has lead me to endeavor to live a low fat, high carbohydrate, high raw, vegan lifestyle. Even though I haven’t been perfect about it 100% of the time, I have gained incredible benefits from eating raw and vegan food since February 2013! Right now I eat about 80% raw. I almost always eat fruit for breakfast and lunch and usually have a big green salad with my dinner. I include with my salad a low fat, high carbohydrate cooked starch and vegetable based vegan meal most nights, but not all. I live in Michigan and have been learning more about how to get an abundance of raw fruits and vegetables in all our seasons: spring, summer, winter & fall. So stay tuned for more information about seasonal produce in Michigan and finding fresh food in colder climates. My husband loves to garden, and we grow some of our own food in the summer.
